Bali @ Avalon

Bali@Avalon has two guest rooms which share a common bathroom with quality finishes and furnishings throughout.

Each room has a queen bed with 1,000 thread count sheets. The guest house is housed in a very private Balinese style compound and is separate from the main house. Each room has dedicated indoor and outdoor tables and chairs, safe, as well as small fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and microwave.

If you are a single or a couple wishing greater privacy we are happy to discuss booking out the second room at a reduced rate provided it remains unused during your stay. Ask us about this option.

There is a seasonally heated swimming pool, surrounded by immaculate gardens boasting lush foliage and flowering plants.
Next to the pool is a Bali style hut with fridge, table and beautiful daybed. Guests should have no trouble finding either shade or sunshine as they desire.
The gardens abound in statuary and several water features, including fish ponds.

There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water.
The gardens even boast a small temple as traditionally found on many roadsides on the island of Bali. The garden design allows for both communal areas and nooks for contemplation and privacy. Subtle lighting ensure the beauty continues into the evening.

Guests have complete access to the gardens, pool, cabana and decks. Guests also have access to a barbeque with all necessary utensils. Two night minimum stay.We offer the option of a continental breakfast Monday through Friday. On weekends we provide a cooked breakfast.

We provide all bedding, as well as bath and pool towels. These will be changed every third day of your stay. If you require extras please speak to us. Beach Towels can also be made available. Nominal fees will apply for additional bedding and towels

Each room is provided with a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. Simple basics such as glassware, plates and cutlery are provided in room.
Please ask if you have special requests with which we might assist. If we reasonably can we will.

Please note, we are catering for a relaxing adult retreat.

The layout and garden are not suitable for small children or boisterous play.

Avalon Bay is in Falcon, a residential suburb of Mandurah located 11 kilometres south of the town Centre. It is approximately 80 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Falcon is surrounded by water, with the Indian Ocean on one side and the beautiful waters of the Peel-Harvey Estuary on the other.

Please note reservations are on a REQUEST basis only. Bookings will be confirmed by the Mandurah Visitor Centre once a reservation request has been made, before payment can be taken.
