REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be emailed to reception@mandurahcaravanpark.com.au
- No refunds for third-party bookings (including Book Easy, Booking.com, G'Day Parks).
- A refund (minus a 15% booking fee of the total booking cost) applies for cancellations over 14 days before arrival; or full credit valid for 2 years.
- A Credit (minus 15% booking fee of the total booking cost) applies for cancellations within 14 days; no refunds.
- No refunds or credits for cancellations 48 hours prior to stay; bookings are non-transferable.
- No amendments post-arrival; a 15% booking fee (of the total booking cost) may apply to pre-arrival amendments and partial cancellations.
- No refunds or credits apply to early departures.
- No refunds for High Peak bookings including Long Weekends, School Holidays, Easter and between Dec 18, 2026, and Jan 3, 2027. A credit will be issued minus a 15% booking fee of the total booking cost.
- Cancellation insurance is recommended at booking to avoid loss without a refund.

ALL BOOKINGS:
A minimum 50% deposit is required to take a reservation. One-night bookings require full payment.
Reservations must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival to ensure the booking is confirmed.
Please note if you have an outstanding balance for your booking, your credit card on file will be automatically charged 14 days prior to your arrival. If you wish to pay by another method, please make prior arrangements.

Check-in time is after 2.00PM (depending on availability). Check-out time is at 10.00AM
If you are seeking an earlier check in, please call on the day of your arrival to confirm availability.

CABIN / CHALET / ENSUITE SITE BOOKINGS:
BOND - A minimum of $100.00 bond payment is required upon check-in. Bonds must be paid by a credit card. Please note the bond amount is at Managements discretion upon arrival.
An imprint of photo identification and valid credit card will be taken on arrival. Failure to provide these may result in the booking being cancelled.
Please ensure the booking name, photo identification and valid credit card match.
Company cards require written authorization for access of use which can be emailed through or on letterhead for arrival.
Strictly no pets in Accommodation.

KEYS & ACCESS DEVICES:
Guests are responsible for all park-issued keys, boom gate remotes, access cards and other access devices. A $50.00 replacement fee applies for any lost or unreturned item.

We are unable to guarantee preferred Sites and/or Accommodation requests until the day of arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you are to arrive beyond 6.00PM, please call Reception on 08 9535 1171 to make late check-in arrangements.

ADULT SUPERVISION:
Children are our special guests. Their safety is our business

However, Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park has no responsibility for the behaviour of children whilst they are on site.
Parents are responsible for children at all times ensuring they are abiding by all the park rules and for any damage caused to any party.

Should children wish to bring bikes, scooters (not electric), skateboards and any other equipment to the park, parents are totally responsible for any damages children may cause to any party. Equipment use after dark is prohibited, especially bikes and scooters. All equipment must be ridden responsibly and comply with the 8km speed limit and use of shared roadway. ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT SUCH AS BIKES, SCOOTERS, HOVER BOARDS AND THE LIKE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE RIDDEN AROUND THE PARK FOR SAFETY REASONS. Children seen using equipment in an unsafe manner will be instructed to stop by our staff. Children must not ride through or around other sites, be aware of road rules, must wear a protective helmet, and appropriate footwear to stay safe. Any low to the ground equipment requires a safety flag to warn traffic of the child's whereabouts. We ask that noise from children must be kept to a minimum from between hours of 8.00PM & 8.00AM. Please – no chalk writing/drawing on the park, roads, and equipment.

SWIMMING POOL & WATER SLIDE: We love our heated pool and water slide and hope you do too!

To ensure the safety of all guests, children MUST be supervised by a parent/guardian whilst in the pool area. During peak periods, there will be allocated open hours for the slide. Slide rules are in situ for your reference. For safety, please ONLY 1 slider at a time. CLEAR the exit quickly. NO pushing or running. Parents are totally responsible for any damages children may cause to any party.

Please, NO alcohol, glassware or pets inside the pool area.

PETS:
Pets are ONLY permitted on Camping and Caravan Sites, NOT in Accommodation. Pets must be arranged at the time of booking and accepted by management. A $50 bond may be required for all pets on arrival. An automatic deduction of $200.00 will occur from the provided credit card if pets are noted to have been inside Accommodation.

PARK FACILITIES:
New Swimming Pool and Water Slide, Jumping Pillow, Children’s Playground, Campers’ Kitchen with Gas Barbecues, Communal TV, Fish Cleaning Facilities and Crab Cooker. Wireless Internet, Coffee and Vending Machines, Hire Pedal Carts, Free DVD and Games Hire. Please be advised that drone operations may be conducted from time to time for marketing purposes. The footage will focus on capturing general areas of the park and surrounds, taken at a non-identifiable height in compliance with CASA guidelines. You will receive advance notice by SMS of film times. We are mindful of your privacy, but if you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the office. Thank you for your understanding!
