Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park is a 4 STAR family operated tourist park. Our family friendly facilities include a water slide and heated pool (subject to weather), giant lawn games, pedal karts, playground and jumping pillow.
Our shady tent sites are centered around our communal camp kitchen to cook the crabs and barbecue the fish you've caught in the beautiful waterways of the Mandurah and Peel Region.
We have a range of caravan, camping, and private ensuite sites.
Our holiday cabins and chalets accommodate families and suit a range of budgets. Accessibility options available for accommodation.

Cancellation Policy
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be emailed to your booking agent
- No refunds for third-party bookings (including Book Easy, WA Holiday Guide, Booking.com, GDay Parks).
- A refund (minus a 15% booking fee of the total booking cost) applies for cancellations over 14 days before arrival; or full credit valid for 2 years.
- A Credit (minus 15% booking fee of the total booking cost) applies for cancellations within 14 days; no refunds.
- No refunds or credits for cancellations 48 hours prior to stay; bookings are non-transferable.
- No amendments post-arrival; a 15% booking fee (of the total booking cost) may apply to pre-arrival amendments and partial cancellations.
- No refunds or credits apply to early departures.
- No refunds for High Peak bookings including Long Weekends, School Holidays, Easter and between Dec 18, 2026, and Jan 3, 2027. A credit will be issued minus a 15% booking fee of the total booking cost.
- Cancellation insurance is recommended at booking to avoid loss without a refund.
ALL BOOKINGS:
A minimum 50% deposit is required to take a reservation. One-night bookings require full payment.
Reservations must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival to ensure the booking is confirmed.
Please note if you have an outstanding balance for your booking, your credit card on file will be automatically charged 14 days prior to your arrival. If you wish to pay by another method, please make prior arrangements.
Check-in time is after 2.00PM (depending on availability). Check-out time is at 10.00AM
If you are seeking an earlier check in, please call on the day of your arrival to confirm availability.
CABIN / CHALET / ENSUITE SITE BOOKINGS:
BOND - A minimum of $100.00 bond payment is required upon check-in. Bonds must be paid by a credit card. Please note the bond amount is at Managements discretion upon arrival.
